Mind-blowing value for money with super comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet rooms. Conveniently near metro, mall, and restaurants. Jaw-droppingly helpful staff. Great breakfast and wifi.

Had well made trout for reasonable price.
Room carpet was old and dirty as well as beds.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, we got a spacious room with new decorations and a good-sized bathroom. The location was convenient with a nearby metro station and shopping facilities. The staff, although eccentric, was polite and helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better is having a few cold drinks available for purchase.

Cheap.
The room is a fair way out of the city; and the beds are like rocks. I don't think what we slept of would even qualify as a bed.

Room facilities were great - big plasma, reasonably new furniture. Close to metro station and tram station.
Worst place I ever stayed so far in my life! No hot water.

The most annoying thing was the heavy cooking smell on the hallways, also a big minus - the spartan style in decorations, lack of basics for a 3* hotel (i.e remote control for the TV). At certain times there seemed to be a shortage of warm water, probably due to people using the system. I have also noticed a spider web in an upper corner of my room, the cleanness of the room was at best fair as we had to dust the interior of the closet.

We liked the location. 3-4 minutes walk to the subway. A little bit scruffy neighbourhood but it looks like they´re restoring a lot so it should be quite nice in a couple of years. The breakfast was ok but not more than that. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, and good customer service. The hotel is located near public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we were able to enjoy a great view from our window.
It was impossible to get connected and it was quite frustrating. the walls were too thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room.

The room at Elen's Hotel Arlington was spacious and immaculately clean. We were impressed with the tasteful decor and comfortable double bed. The bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, just a short tram ride away from the city center. The wireless internet in the room was a bonus, allowing us to easily plan our future travels. Despite a few minor flaws mentioned in some reviews, our overall experience at Elen's Hotel Arlington was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the city center through the nearby metro station. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable with a large plasma TV and mini-fridge. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and offered both hot and cold dishes. Staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and informative.
One minor flaw was the small size of the lift, which was a bit cramped for larger groups or those with lots of luggage.
